WorkSpa’s Founder has used affirmations throughout her life to overcome adversity and adopt a more positive attitude. At WorkSpa we use affirmations when working with our clients to help support them in finding ways to be kinder to themselves, which in turn has a huge impact on their well-being.

What are Positive Affirmations?

Positive affirmations are positive phrases or statements used to challenge unhelpful and negative thoughts.

You can choose to use positive affirmations to encourage positive changes in your life, to motivate yourself and boost your self-esteem. If you frequently find yourself getting caught up in negative self-talk, positive affirmations can be used to change the subconscious patterns and replace them with more adaptive narratives.
