Massage Chair
Book in a 15 minute acupressure chair massage, excellent for reducing significant tension from the back and neck.

Nail Bar
For three days of the week, you can book in for a range of hand treatments, luxury manicures, polish and a luxury hand massage.

Session Information
Rejuvenation Yoga
A combination of vinyasa yoga and yin yoga; faster-paced sequences in sync with the breath and slower-paced postures that focus on supporting the lower body.
Mindfulness
Learn about the benefits of mindfulness. Be guided through a relaxing body scan meditation practice to help reduce stress, increase focus, and improve sleep.
Indian Head Massage / Reflexology
Book yourself into one of these treatments. Indian Head relaxes nerve fibres in the Head; Reflexology focuses on applying pressure to the feet to stimulate the body’s healing.
Sound Bath
As you lay on the floor immersed in sound, using therapeutic crystal bowls and breathwork to help relax, heal and energise.

Laughter Yoga
Reap the benefits of laughter and release those neuropeptides with laughter yoga – an extraordinary and unforgettable experience.
Comedy Night
Laughing releases neurotransmitters like dopamine, serotonin and endorphins which can relieve pain and stress, so it only makes sense to host a comedy night with Mark Simmons in 160 Aldersgate.

In this workshop you will look at all different aspects of candle making – making candles, room sprays and bath oils.
Art with Mate
Mate will be running a relaxed drawing workshop, with some small exercises and finishing with a piece that you can call your own.

Big Changes, Small Steps
During this session, we will explore change and learn to embrace and accept it by acknowledging the impact of change and understanding our emotions and responses. We will look at positive practices and routines to create and sustain positive wellbeing.
Mindfulness and The Science of Sleep
This talk dissects the science of sleep and the role that sleep plays on your daily life.
Nutrition
This session will explore the benefits of eating seasonal food, creating a healthy eating pattern, and choosing the right food to boost our brain function.
Supporting Stress and Anxiety
This session explores the differences between stress and anxiety – how and why they impact us mentally and physically. We will explore how to recognise stress and offer practical tools to help manage and support yourself and others.
Optimal Spine
This short talk will cover the importance of spine health, followed by drop-in posture assessments up until 5pm.
Music and Anxiety
This session will give you techniques and tools to use music as a means of meditation. Breathing exercises accompanied by a harp for meditation, and ways to listen to music that has a physiological beneficial effect on the nervous system.

By completing your booking, you confirm that;

- I do not have any injuries or conditions that prevent me from receiving a massage or taking part in active classes.
- I will be truthful with my therapist about any medical conditions during the massage and before any active classes.
- I will report any discomfort or pain to my therapist during the massage or an active class.
- I understand that massage therapy is no substitute for medical care and is for therapeutic purposes only.
- I release my therapist, and the associated business, from all liability concerning any injury or damages that may occur during or after my massage or active class.
- I, and all members of my household, do not currently have, nor have experienced, COVID-19 symptoms within the last 14 days.
- Any inappropriate behaviour will result in refusal of service.
- By booking my appointment, I acknowledge I am aware of the risks and consent to receive a massage or participate in an active class.
Your Safety is Important to us
All massages take place fully clothed. Our therapists will conduct risk assessments and consultations during their visit, under the Coronavirus Act 2020, to ensure your safety. WorkSpa’s Therapists are accredited by CThA and FHT and have public liability cover.
WorkSpa also provides clients with massages in the comfort of their home.
We cover zones 1-3 in London, and offer a choice of massages including deep tissue, Swedish, pregnancy and hot stone.
