Inclusive Workplace Initiatives
Diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI) are not just buzzwords — they are a way of life for many companies and should be a core value for all businesses. Accepting and embracing each employee’s differences and individuality creates a sense of belonging.
We understand that to feel seen and understood; we need to see ourselves represented. At WorkSpa we pride ourselves on having a diverse team and an intersectional approach to our trainings and programmes.
“Promoting and supporting diversity in the workplace is an essential aspect of good people management. It’s about valuing everyone in the organisation as an individual. However, to reap the benefits of a diverse workforce, it’s vital to have an inclusive environment where everyone can participate and achieve their potential.”

Programmes and Training
Our DE&I Training sessions are delivered by leading consultants in the field. Each workshop can be implemented as a standalone or as a programme. All our solutions are interactive and thought-provoking and can be delivered virtually or in the office.
This training focuses on how to be actively anti-racist—moving beyond conscious and unconscious bias towards active allyship and anti-racism. The training covers how to be a good ally and what becoming actively anti-racist in the workplace and beyond means.
Inclusive Working Environments
Our inclusion and diversity programme will help you identify critical areas of focus for positive change and steps to help you create an inclusive working environment to help bring diversity and inclusion to the top of the agenda.
Trauma can have a massive effect on individuals’ lives and how they conduct themselves in the workplace. These training sessions provide awareness, how to recognise the signs and symptoms and support your colleagues.
Gender Equality Within The Workplace
All our gender-focused training sessions are tailor-made to cover key topics such as the barriers facing different genders and the actions we can take to empower and include everyone, irrespective of gender and expression.
“As a result of the Trauma Informed Training, I now feel confident and equipped to assist employees who may be at risk; I also enjoyed learning from my colleagues and gaining insight into different perspectives on how to support employees at work.”
