Payments
Payment terms are agreed prior to service delivery.
Invoices are payable within 14 day of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Late payments may incur interest charges of 2% per month on overdue balances.
For bookings valued at £1000 or more, a 50% deposit may be required to secure the booking date and practitioner allocation.
Payments can be made securely via bank transfer, debit or credit card, Stripe, WorldPay, or other approved payment providers.
Payment confirmation secures your booking and confirms acceptance of this policy.
Corporate Bookings & Event Cancellations
We understand that schedules and business needs can change.
For corporate bookings, workshops, wellbeing events, or large-scale activations, cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled service date may be transferred to a future booking date where appropriate.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the scheduled booking may result in deposits being retained to cover practitioner scheduling, operational planning, travel, and administrative costs already incurred.
Where possible, WorkSpa will always aim to accommodate reasonable rescheduling requests.
Individual Massage Bookings & Refunds
For individual massage appointments and wellbeing sessions, payment confirms and secures your booking slot.
Due to the scale of scheduling, practitioner allocation, operational planning, and limited appointment availability involved in our services, WorkSpa does not generally offer refunds for cancelled or missed appointments.
However, we understand that exceptional circumstances can arise. Refunds, booking transfers, or credits may be considered at WorkSpa’s discretion in cases of extenuating circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Medical emergencies
- Serious illness
- Bereavement
- Unexpected travel disruption
- Other exceptional circumstances deemed reasonable by WorkSpa
Where possible, clients should provide as much notice as possible if they are unable to attend their appointment.
Refund requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis and approval is not guaranteed.
Late Arrivals
If a client arrives late to their appointment, the session may need to be shortened to avoid impacting subsequent bookings or event schedules.
Full payment will still apply.
Refunds
Where services cannot be delivered due to circumstances within WorkSpa’s control, we will aim to offer:
- A replacement practitioner
- Rescheduled service
- Credit towards a future booking
- Partial or full refund where appropriate
Refund decisions are made fairly and reasonably based on the nature of the booking and the circumstances involved.
Practitioner Changes
WorkSpa reserves the right to substitute practitioners or specialists where necessary due to illness, emergencies, scheduling conflicts, or operational requirements.
Any replacement practitioner will hold appropriate qualifications, insurance, and relevant experience for the service booked.
Health & Safety
Clients are responsible for informing WorkSpa practitioners of any injuries, medical conditions, allergies, pregnancies, or health concerns prior to treatment or participation in services.
WorkSpa reserves the right to decline or modify treatments where it is considered unsafe or inappropriate to proceed.
Our services are intended to support general wellbeing and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
