Case Studies
Charities Aid Foundation partnered with WorkSpa to develop a more strategic, evidence-led approach to employee wellbeing. We began with an organisational wellbeing audit to understand employee experiences, identify priority areas and ensure future investment was aligned with genuine workforce needs.
What we delivered: A comprehensive wellbeing audit followed by a targeted programme of nutritional wellbeing, workplace massage and breathwork, with each intervention shaped by the insights gathered.
The outcome: CAF gained a clearer evidence base for its wellbeing strategy, enabling resources to be directed towards the areas of greatest relevance to employees. This created a more connected approach to wellbeing, moving beyond standalone initiatives towards support informed by insight and organisational need.

WorkSpa partnered with HSBC to deliver a coordinated programme of physical and mental wellbeing support across its UK branch network, making specialist wellbeing support accessible within the working day.
What we delivered: A nationwide workplace massage and wellbeing programme across multiple HSBC locations, alongside practical desk-based exercise guidance designed to help employees manage physical wellbeing independently.
The outcome: The programme provided employees with accessible, preventative support while creating a consistent wellbeing experience across geographically dispersed teams. It enabled HSBC to strengthen its wider employee wellbeing offering through practical interventions that supported both immediate needs and longer-term healthy working habits.

Our Swiss team supported a large public institution in Geneva through a multi-phase inclusion programme, beginning with a participatory organisational diagnosis to understand experiences, barriers and priorities across diverse stakeholder groups.
What we delivered: A full organisational inclusion diagnosis, a co-created strategic action plan with institutional leadership, and more than 20 workshops, including design-thinking sessions with stakeholders with disabilities.
The outcome: The programme translated organisational insight into a clear framework for action, strengthening engagement and shared ownership across stakeholder groups. The participatory approach supported sustained institutional involvement and provided leadership with a practical foundation for longer-term inclusion priorities and organisational development.
